SnappBiz is accessible to all Mashreq SME customers in the UAE holding a Business Banking Account with the bank.

Key features of the app include:

• Transaction Queue: Initiate and approve transactions instantly between Online Banking and the mobile app.
• Transaction Enquiries: Check real-time balances and view the last 3 months of transactions, including loans and deposits.
• Money Transfers: Transfer funds within Mashreq or globally with competitive FX rates.
• Cardless Cash: Withdraw money from any Mashreq ATM using the SnappBiz app without a Business Debit Card.
• Bill Payments: Settle credit card bills and make instant payments to various providers.
• Other Services: Apply for a cheque book, subscribe to e-statements, manage credit/debit cards, view exchange rates, and receive Forex Alerts.
• RM Contact Details: Access details of your Relationship Manager and Service Associate easily.

This mobile banking application is exclusively available to Mashreq SME customers in the United Arab Emirates. It is accessible to customers with Mashreq Business Online access only. A beneficiary must be set up previously through Online Banking to utilize Money Transfer and Bill Payment services.
